What we save
When you ask for a daily reminder, we save your email, signup time and source, and reminder preference. Daily reminders include a one-click unsubscribe. Signup is optional and never required to play.
Never lose your streak: optional email sign-in uses a single-use link valid for 15 minutes. When signed in, we store your daily puzzle history and sync it across devices. Sign-in stays on your device for up to 30 days. When two devices have different history, we preserve both and keep completed puzzles and the furthest progress. Without sign-in, progress stays in your browser. Local play always works without sign-in.
Unsubscribing stops reminders, not sign-in emails you request. It does not delete saved history. Ask us to delete your account and history at the address below.
Home Screen notifications
If you turn on a daily nudge from installed Deily, we save your browser’s push endpoint and encryption keys to deliver it. No email is required. Notifications travel through your browser provider (Apple, Google or Mozilla). Turn them off in Deily or your device settings. Expired subscriptions are removed when delivery reports them unavailable.
Friend challenges
Challenge links contain a random referral code. We remember the first challenge link you opened and count a referral only when a new player completes their first Deily. These counts use random player identifiers, the referral code and the completion date, not names or email addresses. If you sign in, your sharing code can follow your account across devices.
No tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. The game uses local browser storage for progress and to remember your signup or dismissal. We do not store IP addresses in the waitlist database. Cloudflare hosts the website and database and may process connection information to deliver and protect the service, including outside Canada.
Your choice
We never sell your email. You may unsubscribe from any email or ask us to remove your address by writing to fpm@futureproofmedia.ca. We retain account history until you request deletion. We retain your reminder opt-out so another signup does not accidentally re-subscribe you. Expired sign-in links and sessions are periodically deleted.
